The turning point: from decisions to execution

Stages 1–4 build the engineering reference for the project: understanding, decisions, scope, requirements, design, and plan. Once this foundation is approved, stages 5–7 turn it into a working application through controlled, reviewed execution.

The idea is simple: we do not let the code become the place where we discover what we should have decided earlier.

Quality is not a final stage — it is part of the path

Teranoo places review points and quality checkpoints at the governing locations of the path. This can include reviews before and after execution, tests, independent audit, and technical checks depending on the nature of the task and the stage.

That is why quality does not appear as an eighth stage at the end of the road; it works as a review layer that accompanies the work as it progresses.

Important decisions do not disappear into automation

When a project reaches a decision that affects scope, direction, or execution, the decision is documented and presented for approval at the right point. AI contributes to analysis and execution, but governance keeps important decisions visible and reviewable.
